Iconic Photography Studio – Client Policy Summary

■ Booking & Payments

• Retainer + signed contract required to book.

• Retainers are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• Balance due by 9PM EST the day before your session.

• No cash payments accepted.

• Missed or late payments = canceled session. Two failed payments = banned from booking.

■ Refunds

• Refunds only if photographer is at fault.

• No refunds for: cancellations, reschedules, tardiness, no-shows, life events, or buyer’s remorse.

• Unsatisfied with photos? Correction or reshoot may be offered — not a refund.

■ Rescheduling & Cancellations

• 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule.

• One free reschedule; further changes = new retainer.

• Reschedules after 48 hrs = $50 fee.

• Late arrivals: 20 mins late (regular) or 10 mins late (mini/headshot) = canceled session.

• $25 late fee required before images are released.

• No-shows = loss of payment & ban from booking.

■ Sessions & Add-Ons

• Sessions are non-transferable (cannot be given away, sold, or gifted).

• Add-ons (custom setups, décor, creative edits, extra time) cannot be removed or credited.

• Seasonal/holiday minis cannot be changed or guaranteed for reschedule.

■■ Photos & Usage

• Only final edited images are delivered Unless stated otherwise (no RAW/unedited).

• Do Not Post Fee = $50 (must be paid at booking).

• Client galleries are open 1 week → reopen fee $20.

• All photos permanently deleted after 6 months.

• Photos may be used for studio marketing unless Do Not Post Fee is paid.

• No altering, cropping, filters, or editing images.

■ Client Conduct

• Iconic Photography Studio is the exclusive photographer. No outside cameras.• Disrespectful or hostile behavior = session terminated + possible ban.

• No-shows, repeated cancellations, or unpaid balances = ban from booking.

■■ Liability, Safety & Property Damage

• Client is responsible for themselves, children, and guests during sessions.

• Children must be supervised at all times. Running, climbing, or horseplay is prohibited.

• Any damage to studio property, sets, or equipment will result in an invoice for repair or

replacement.

• Final images will not be released until the invoice is paid in full.

• Photographer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost items.

• Photographer may leave if safety is at risk.
