EVENTS – Client Policy Summary
Event Photography Policies
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and time. Your booking is not considered secured until the required retainer and signed contract have been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to the event date by 9:00 PM EST. Failure to submit the final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of photography services. Retainers and payments made are non-refundable.
Photography coverage begins and ends at the times listed in your booking. Event delays, late starts, schedule changes, missing participants, or other circumstances outside of Iconic Photography’s control do not automatically extend photography coverage. Additional coverage may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Any request to change the event date, location, start time, end time, or photography coverage time must be approved by Iconic Photography. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If Iconic Photography is unavailable for a requested change, the request may be treated as a client cancellation in accordance with the signed contract.
Any add-ons or additional services requested after booking are also subject to availability and approval and are not guaranteed.
Due to the unpredictable nature of live events, Iconic Photography cannot guarantee photographs of every guest, activity, decoration, detail, or moment. Clients are encouraged to provide important event details, timelines, and priority photo requests in advance.
Iconic Photography is not responsible for missed or affected photographs caused by guest interference, venue restrictions, schedule changes, poor or changing lighting conditions, other vendors, or circumstances outside of the Photographer’s control.
Final images are selected at the discretion of Iconic Photography. RAW, unedited, or unfinished images are not delivered. Event galleries are delivered within 7-10 business days following the event.
For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect photography coverage and image results. Clients are responsible for securing any required venue permissions, access, parking, admission, or permits associated with the event.
All clients are responsible for reviewing their signed photography contract for complete Terms & Conditions, including payment policies, cancellations, rescheduling, event changes, image delivery, safety, venue restrictions, and additional service policies.
