MEDIA – Client Policy Summary

• Booking & Payment: A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before your scheduled service date.

• Turnaround: Events and wedding behind-the-scenes videos are delivered within 10–15 business days. Other filmed services are delivered within 7–10 business days. Turnaround begins after the service is completed and full payment is received.

• Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable for client cancellations. Payments do not automatically transfer to another date or become a credit.

• Rescheduling & Changes: Date, time, or location changes require written approval and are subject to availability. If the requested date is unavailable, the retainer remains non-refundable.

• Coverage: Filming begins and ends at the booked times. Client or event delays do not extend coverage. Additional coverage and add-ons require approval and may incur additional fees.

• Delivery: Your package includes the agreed-upon edited video(s). Raw footage is not included unless purchased separately.
